COVID-19 Virus Healthcare Advisory Protocol for The Jewish Healthcare Center & Eisenberg Assisted Living
Across the Jewish Healthcare Center campus we are following local, state and federal guidelines as they relate to COVID-19. We are also providing the City of Worcester and Massachusetts Department of Public Health regular updates on the status of our residents and staff. We have implemented the following orders to be compliant with CDC and Department of Public Health directives:
Our staff and all visitors are still required to wear masks at all times regardless of the vaccination status and we ask that when in the building you all respect that.
When visiting the JHC, the following guidelines will apply: We are currently open to visits on all floors.
In an effort to maintain an infection free environment, anytime an employee tests positive, we continue to conduct surveillance testing for any resident who may have been exposed. This process is ongoing and all family members and loved ones would be notified if any resident tested positive. If you have any questions, you may contact Kate Columbus, Director of Nursing and Clinical Services.
