COVID-19 Virus Healthcare Advisory Protocol for The Jewish Healthcare Center & Eisenberg Assisted Living
Across the Jewish Healthcare Center campus we are following local, state and federal guidelines as they relate to COVID-19. We are also providing the City of Worcester and Massachusetts Department of Public Health regular updates on the status of our residents and staff. We have implemented the following orders to be compliant with CDC and Department of Public Health directives:
Our staff and all visitors are still required to wear masks at all times regardless of the vaccination status and we ask that when in the building you all respect that.
When visiting the JHC, the following guidelines will apply: We are currently open to visits on all floors.
The JHC currently has been experiencing a recent increase in positive cases of Covid-19 amongst our staff and a few residents. While all employees at JHC adhere to DPH and CDC guidance for care of the residents, we ask that if any family member or friend is experiencing any symptoms of Covid-19 please refrain from visiting your loved one until symptom free for more than 48 hours. If you have specific questions about your loved one, please contact the facility at 508-798-8653 and ask to speak with the nursing supervisor.
