Staff Educator – RN
Assists with planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of the staff through development/training and in-service programs in accordance with the regulatory and accrediting requirements, policies, procedures and standards of practice and under the direction of the Assistant Director of Nurses. Ensures programs are in accordance with DPH, Joint Commission and current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations. We are looking for someone who is able to project a professional image, is knowledgeable of regulatory standards and compliance requirements, is able to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant, and is reliable and flexible with a positive prior work history and great references. This is a Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm position with an occasional weekend on-call and some holidays as assigned.
- Current MA RN License
- Minimum of two years of professional development experience
- Experience as an instructor
- CPR Instructor a plus
CHHA Part time for Home Care
Our expanding home care program has an immediate opening, 20-25 hours, days and time flexible. Must have reliable vehicle and good driving record.
MDS Nurse, part time, M-F
Responsible for coordinating the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) and the individualized plan of care for all patients/residents. Ensuring all residents are assessed and reviewed in a timely manner using the RAI process, following MDS regulations requirements per the RAI manual, coordinating the notification of staff and family. Completing MDS’s, CAA’s, Care Plans, and resident interviews on short term rehabilitation residents. Assisting with the education of the nursing staff as well as documentation skills. Must be dependable, reliable, team player with a positive attitude and a good prior work history. Additionally, should have MDS experience, a current MA license, LPN or RN (preferred), certification preferred but not required.
Cook Supervisor – Full Time
Must be proficient in quality, large volume, scratch cooking and supervising other food service workers. Looking for a dependable, flexible, organized, efficient, skilled individual with good prior work history. 2 years of exp. in a healthcare facility preferred. This is a 40 hour position, 5 days a week, schedule is 11am-7:30pm 4 days; one day is 6:30am-3pm. Every other weekend and some holidays.
