CNAs – Full, Part Time, Per Diem & Baylor
CNAs, are you looking for a great employment opportunity? Hospice Aide (CNA & HHA certification required)
We are seeking a person of integrity with great interpersonal skills, professional appearance and excellent bedside manner. Experience in hospice preferred, but we will also consider candidates who possess the interpersonal and aide skills to deliver the excellence in quality care that we are known for. You must have CNA and HHA certification, reliable transportation for reasonable travel. Resident Associates – HHA or CNA
For the Eisenberg Assisted Living Residence. We are looking for Resident Associates to work with our dedicated staff. 2nd shift, Part Time, 16 hours one week alternating with 24 hours the next week. HHA or CNA license required. Responsibilities include direct care, transporting patients to planned activities, passing meal trays, making beds and assisting our nursing staff.
Speech Language Pathologist – Per Diem

Current MA SLP License and must be or become CPR certified within 6 months of employment and maintain certification.
Our HomeCare program has immediate opening for a Certified Home Health Aide for 40 hours, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. $5000 Sign On Bonus! Must be reliable, dependable and have good prior work history. Successful candidates will have HHA certification, reliable vehicle, a positive attitude, be conscientious, thorough and considerate providers of care, and have a good prior work history. Charge Nurse (RN or LPN) – FT – 2:30p-11p
In this role you will have an integral role in providing comprehensive nursing care to patients after acute hospitalization. Will demonstrate a high quality of care to the patients, will delegate nursing tasks to the licensed nurses/nursing assistants on the unit and excel in providing customer service to patients, families and visitors.
Responsibilities: -Review 24 hour report utilizing the 24 hour log book and verbal report; Review new admission charts with appropriate follow-up as needed; Review new orders from previous 24 hours for accuracy; Weekly wound assessment/measurements; Review patient documentation for discharge (md order, discharge referral complete, education/teaching completed); Ensure staffing is in place in dining room on unit; Ensure medical appointments/transportation is in place for patient; Ensure dietary recommendations, daily labs, psych recommendations are reviewed by MD/NP with appropriate follow through; etc. Requirements: Must be a RN or LPN and be IV certified of peripheral and central line. Must be CPR Certified. Preferred: Two (2) years’ exp. in long term, with one (1) year exp. in a charge nurse role; have general knowledge of regulations pertaining to nursing care in long term care and how they apply to residents, staff, and the facility.
CNAs for Private Care
Our in home private care division is looking for CNAs to provide in-home private care and assist in our Recreational Therapy department. This position requires every other weekend. All days, all shifts available. $5000 Sign on bonus available for full time (32+ hours) and $2000 for part time (20+ hours)! These positions require some local travel to patient homes around the Worcester area and ability to work in the facility as well. Your own reliable transportation is required.
Private Care CNA – Every other Sunday – 9:30am-5:30 pm
In home private care. Must be reliable and responsible and have your own vehicle and driver’s license.
Homecare – Nurse Field Supervisor
The Field Supervisor will provide clinical guidance and training to clinical staff in the field and will evaluate their performance in the field. Position Qualifications: RN with HomeCare experience- minimum 1 year and manager or supervisor experience preferred. This is a 40 hour per week position, Mon – Fri OR four, 10 hour shifts (flexible). Weekend and holiday management on-call rotation.
Homecare LPN/RN – Full Time
This is a full time position Monday – Friday with holiday and weekend rotations. Must have current LPN or RN, MA clinical license and reliable transportation. EXPERIENCE IN HOMECARE PREFERRED. $2000 sign on bonus! Knowledge/experience in working with the elderly preferred; strong team player with a positive attitude; organized and dependable; reliable and flexible with the ability to work autonomously; positive prior work history with great references; comfort level with electronic documentation with basic computer knowledge. Duties include: Perform ongoing assessments of patient needs; develop and implement necessary measures/interventions to implement the plan of care; provide care and services based on the assessment of the patient’s needs and identified in the plan of care; evaluate response to interventions and the effectiveness of the plan of care. Provide patient, family and primary care givers with education and training as appropriate regarding the care and services specified in the plan of care. Assist in obtaining durable medical equipment, and drugs and biologicals related to the management of the illness and related condition. Participate in assigning duties, and providing instructions for care and services, directing, supervising, and educating other members of the Homecare staff and assess the skills and competence of individuals providing care and services.
RN’s & LPN’s -Full & Part time, Weekend Shifts and Per Diem

Hours: Tuesday 10am-6:30pm; Wednesday 4pm-7pm; Every other Saturday 4pm-7pm; Every Sunday (either) 7:45am-2pm OR 1:45pm-6:30pm. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assisting in creation, planning, and scheduling of activity programs. Conduct individual and group activities. Ensure programs start in a timely manner and follow through with activities on the calendar. Assist with seasonal decorations.
Pot Washer/Utility Person – Full Time
We have an immediate, full time (40 hours) position, 11:30am-8pm, schedule includes every other weekend. Perform a variety of duties related to washing and storing of pots and pans and other food service equipment used in the preparation and service of meals in accordance with the Orthodox Jewish Dietary Laws. Duties include: wash, sanitize, and store pots, pans, and utensils. Clean kettles, grills, ovens, steamers, and exhaust hoods as needed. Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas; including hanging carousels, pot racks, pot sinks and adjoining areas. Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Waitstaff: Full Time – 1st shift- for Eisenberg Assisted Living
