Unit Manager (RN or LPN) / Skilled Nursing Facility – Long Term Care Unit
Pay Range: $80,000 – $95,000 per year

We are seeking a dedicated Unit Manager (RN or LPN) to join our team at our skilled nursing facility. The Unit Manager is responsible for overseeing daily nursing operations on the assigned unit, supporting staff, and ensuring high-quality care for residents.
This is a full-time day position, Monday-Friday, with some on-call weekends and holidays.
Requirements:
Current RN or LPN license in Massachusetts, long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, strong leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and support nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs), ensure quality resident care and regulatory compliance, oversee care plans, documentation, and daily clinical operations, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families.
